Anker wireless charger is 10 watt charger that let you charge all the compatible devices wireless whit a 10% faster the the other similar products.
Anker wireless charger is a simple and intuitive charger that does what is advertised. I bought this to use on my nightstand for charging my smartphone overnight. I just place the phone on the mat and it charges.
It has an LED light indicator to let you know that the charge has initiated which is nice. The Anker wireless charger has decent range for charging that has no problem charging the smartphone whit the case still on it. It come whit a 3 feet USB cable. The bad think, is that in the pack is not included the wall adapter. You will need to buy separated a 2000 mAh adapter to use whit this device.
Anker wireless charger has : Qi-Certified, a Ultra-Slim format, it is compatible whit : iPhone Xs Max/XS/XR/X/8/8 Plus, Galaxy S9/S9+/S8/S8+/Note 8 and More.
I notice that the device already gets recognized for charging about an inch above the mat, meaning it’ll start charging before I am done placing it on the mat itself. I’ve also noticed that my phone doesn’t become warm or hot as I’ve heard with other adapters. I’m not sure if it’s because I charge it with a case, but just wanted to note that I haven’t it seen it make my phone warm/hot.
There are just two minor things about it that I didn’t particularly like and thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
First is that there is no included wall adapter where the USB plugs in for charging so you will have to supply that on your own. Hopefully you have extra laying around the house which I do.
This could be a positive or a negative depending on how you look at it. Positive because you’re not adding to the extra waste since many of us have a lot of old ones laying around. Negative because if you don’t have an extra, you have to get one yourself.
My other minor gripe is that the included USB cord is short (maybe 3 feet). I had to get a longer USB extender device in order to give it enough length to sit on my nightstand where I needed it to be.
If the the manufacturer provided a longer USB cable (perhaps 6 feet), I think it would be more helpful. Other than those two issues, I think it’s a solid device.
